Sharewater lies at the heart of New Zealand’s largest growing city, Drury, Auckland.
Auranga (meaning ‘a life force that inspires’) has been built to a higher standard for better all-round living, founded on values to unite our communities.
Informed by principles drawn from exploration into the creation of the world’s best living spaces, Auranga was the first-mover, founder for the city of Drury and leading its progress.
Today its core in-place infrastructure is largely completed. Over 1500 people are now enjoying life in their new homes.
Now, with approval for a new 35.5 acres city centre within the development, Auranga is maturing into a desirable, thoughtful and future-focused destination within the greater Auckland region.

Where Little Sharewater brings first breath to that process, Sharewater centre marks the maturing of Auranga by establishing a vibrant commercial hub and city centre.

The vision
The town centre is set for development across 14.4 hectares of natural landscape, featuring over 2 hectares of lake and green space that lends a serene and timeless atmosphere to the site.
Designed to seamlessly integrate work and living spaces, the Waterfront Development will evolve alongside the community. Along the water's edge, there will be pathways, cafés, bars, restaurants and galleries.
The development will be anchored with hotels, medical care and supermarkets, alongside modern low-rise collaborative workspaces.
